Here's Xavier Miles and Ray Abbott. The first OCs I ever made... the third was Brandon [link] who I may or may not redo.

Xavier found Ray one day, living in a makeshift home in a pile of rubble. He felt bad for her, he pretty much lives better than most people in the broken city, and he comes to visit her everyday. She says she's percetly fine living where she's at and turns down Xavier's offers to come live with him, Shawn, and Charlotte.
Here, Xavier's probably 13 and Ray's 12. They're still children ;_;
